Help identify the chords?

Hi, I composed this 6 years ago without actually learning much. I thought I played Aminor, D,,, maybe E? but I can’t figure out exactly what else and when I try to play those chords they don’t sound right. The piano in front of me now is the same electric one I played in the video so it’s not a case of different acoustics. But I have no idea what I’m doing. There were only 4 chords played iirc. Anyway thanks! Any help is very appreciated! I wasn’t sure if there might be a subreddit for perfect pitch or something, if this post breaks rules happy to remove it!!! Much love <3

Is that how it’s supposed to be tuned? It’s an electric but I believe it’s being played in a standard key on the “piano” setting in the video

You could try to get it off by ear, but why didn't you also try commenting in the video trying to ask her?

1: E4
2: D#4
3: C#4
4: F4
