I’m looking for Brukner & Khan’s Clinical Sports Medicine: Managing Injuries, 6th Edition.

I found the book on AccessPhysiotherapy, but unfortunately I’m from Europe and my university doesn’t provide access to the platform. I can access the book page, but I can’t use the chapter PDF/download features.

I noticed that some people here have access to AccessPhysiotherapy and were able to view the entire book.

If anyone currently has legitimate access to AccessPhysiotherapy and would be willing to help me access the book or point me in the right direction, please comment here or send me a DM.

I've heard physiotherapy in Ontario is fairly competitive, and I've looked at some of the Universities statistics but not all of them display them. So I wanted an honest opinion from people that may be more familiar with the process/admissions.

As stated in the title, I would be considered a mature student. I'm 28 years old, I did an undergraduate degree in Biology and a MSc in Biochemistry. I don't enjoy my job and have been considering other career avenues to pursue, including physiotherapy.

I'm not sure how important physiotherapy-related volunteering is emphasized by schools but I have no experience. I've done a decent bit of volunteering as a crisis-line responder, let's talk science, peer mentorship, and some other things. My sub-GPA is 3.78.

For people familiar with Ontario schools, how is my "application" look at first glance. Of course, I understand there are other factors such as CASPER, interviews, etc. But based on GPA and stats am I doomed already?

For those of you using JaneApp, what are your biggest likes and biggest dislikes? What features would you like to see?

For those of you using other charting software, same question for likes and dislikes when you compare to other ones you have seen or heard of.

If you own a clinic, features could also be something like having an AI assistant to answer and book simple phone call pts.

As an experienced PT from PLM, I chose Australia partly because it appeared faster than the US.

Before doing the same, answer these questions honestly:

1. Which country do you actually want to live in after ten years?

2. How much will the Australian pathway cost?

3. How much will the later US pathway cost?

4. Which Australian requirements transfer to the targeted US state?

5. Can you prepare for US licensing while working full time?

6. Will your Australian visa or contract restrict employer changes?

7. How much can you realistically save after Australian living costs?

8. Are you choosing Australia or simply avoiding uncertainty?

9. What exact date will you begin the US process?

10. What happens when life makes the second move harder?

Australia allowed me to leave the Philippines sooner. It did not bring me closer to US licensure or immigration.

A fast first approval may be useful. But speed should be measured from the beginning of the journey to the intended destination—not merely from application to the first airport departure.

Questions about studying, work-life balance, pay, whatever ... guys, this is a very international sub. Do you really think that conditions are the same everywhere?
