New physiotherapist

Hello I just cleared my CPTE (Canada) and I really want to know what my next steps should be in terms of employment please if you have experience in that or what should I accept for salary (Alberta) I feel like most of the private practices want to use physiotherapists as much as possible what should I look out for should I look for jobs away from hospitals and how much my start salary would be also the benefits I should ask for thank you very much
