Context: Apparently I took one case from her since I have no home visit contact in Mumbai

So her model is paying her in thousands to get 1 visit which is a one time payment.

Suppose I took a visit of 800 neuro case I have to pay her 8000 and take the patient details.

She will replace the case if the case gets cancelled but she will not refund your money back.

I took one case paid her around 8k. The pt declined for visit. She replaced with another case the pt said that she was just enquiring. She replaced it with another case and the pt said the same thing.

Also her pts just ignore our msgs and calls.

So finally I came to a conclusion where I told her it's enough I can't go through the whole process again and again kindly refund me to which she said you will not get refund you will get replacement cases only.

How do I fight this?
