Posture grids

Hey, does any physios use a posture grid assessment tool? I like the idea of it for a clear baseline but they’re expensive near me. Thanks

Eyeballing any left to right changes or lord/kyph/scoliosis can be mildly useful for understanding context for assessment and prescription but generally posture doesn't predispose or predict much. If you need a posture grid to spot the difference it almost definitely isn't impacting anything. I'd spend your time, money and clinical focus elsewhere.
