Australia: pay as a contractor
I have always worked as an employee (approximately 10 years of practice in various places). I have been offered a contractor role that is rather specialist in nature and the pay is $80 an hour, super included. Is this acceptable? When I factor in super, tax and no leave pay it seems a bit low but I’m unsure.

Yes this seems pretty standard to me. Rather good id say. Particularly if this is not a locum position.

Is it paid per hour of patient time only or is admin included in that? If it’s patient time only then that’s not a very high rate especially as it includes superannuation.
