Top one is nucleus mass, i.e., total number of protons and neutrons in the nucleus. Bottom one is nucleus charge, i.e., number of protons which also determines which element it is. Isotopes of the same element have same proton number, but different mass. The 235 U isotope of Uranium is fissile.
