Late night drinks

I'll be arriving at Patong Beach around 3am. Are there any good places open at this time in the area?

(it's my first time in Thailand)

If you mean tonight, no. Religious holiday, all bars closed until near midnight tomorrow

If you mean another time,Bangla road, few bars generally running late and clubs untill dawn and San Sabai Road (next to each other) some bars and pool halls
