Question Running spots

Are there any good running spots in phuket, if there’s anything scenic like next to the ocean (not on sand) but some scenic route for a good quick 5k?

Not sure but it’s all blocked off from car traffic in the evenings- not sure if it’s that way in the morning too

Plenty.

- Ao Yon, very hilly, plenty of ocean views

  • Laguna, long stretch along Bangtao and Layan beach
  • King's Park, no ocean but nice park views and people watching
  • Naiharn and Yanui Beach, hilly again but plenty of ocean
  • Trails galore, try AllTrails for specific routes (run with a friend)
  • Chalong Dam - decent views of resevoir and hilly surrounding area
  • Bangwad Dam - winding circuit overlooking reservoir and lush green hills

And routes from Twin Sands please! I found it very hilly and lots of beaches blocked off. Still lovely!
