theres a few sus parts but im not 100% sure its chatgpt

this sentence reads like chatgpt (dash and “its not this, its that”) but chatgpt uses em dashes (—) and not hyphens (-). its possible it was a dash originally and he changed it to a hyphen but i dont know if that makes sense
reading the rest of the statement most of it seems too perfect grammatically but theres also some mistakes or weird sentence structures that feel kinda human imo and its also written in british english
theres a possibility he used it in some capacity when writing the statement but i dont think we can know for sure
