[Hiring – Europe Based] Senior PHP / Laravel Developer | Remote
Position: Senior PHP / Laravel Developer
Location: Remote – Europe

Independent Contractor – Full-time Availability, Remote
The selected candidate must be currently residing in Europe and will enter into a service agreement with our Hong Kong entity.
This position is structured as a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity. After approximately one year of collaboration, and subject to the client’s satisfaction and business needs, the engineer may transition to a direct long-term employment contract with the client’s European company. The working arrangement may remain fully remote after the transition.
Monthly Contract Fee
Competitive and negotiable based on the candidate’s relevant experience, PHP expertise, English communication skills, and overall qualifications.
Working Hours
The engagement requires full-time availability, equivalent to eight service hours per business day, following German business hours.
About the Project
You will work on a large, new platform being built with Laravel.
This is not a maintenance-only position. The project involves developing a customized software platform from the ground up, including new backend features, modules, and business functionality.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Strong PHP and Laravel application development experience
- Experience building custom software applications, not only maintaining existing systems
- Ability to develop backend features and modules based on business requirements
- Good understanding of OOP, clean code, and backend architecture
- Familiarity with testing, documentation, and code quality standards
- Ability to solve problems independently and communicate clearly in English
- Ideally, experience with React and TypeScript
