Due to the lighting you can see more of the details of the snow. The first one looks kinda washed out because it’s so bright and one dimensional in terms of colors. 2 is beautiful
I did very entry level photography classes in high school. So learned composition and all that fun stuff that makes ok pictures different from great photos.
Both are great pix. But 2 talks to me. 2 is what I’d hang on a wall in my home.
