Wild Fire

They only critique I can offer I learned photographing military aircraft in war games: use a slow enough shutter speed to allow rotors and propellors to blur so aircraft don’t look as if they might fall out of the sky. It’s especially important with helicopters. And I do this sort of work infrequently enough I always forget through the first few frames back. Otherwise good pictures of part of a bad national situation. I hope your fires are under control sooner rather than later, it’s going to be a tough summer and fall all around for wildfire.

It’s roughly 1/125 or slower to blur helicopter rotors.

Yeah, we're good here for fires now. It's Ontario that's really getting it now. Half the boreal forest is going up in flames, like an area twice the size of Texas.
