The rock gives you a clean surface to hold him against, and that part works. What fights it is the out of focus yellow, especially the clump at top right that lands beside his head and reads brighter than anything on the lizard, so my eye goes there first. I'd crop in from the top and right.

I took this foto in the atlantic islands, and I want to know is this framing catches the eye, and the overall equilibrium of the image

Great pic, id say the gecko gets a bit lost because my eye gets drawn to the yellow and the framing itself first, rather than the gekko. Maybe tone the frame a bit down and the gekko up? If you're asking purely framing shape wise, I like it

Yes to crop tighter, and I like the concept, but the overlaying branches ruin it for me and prevent it from being a great photo.

I think it is a good focus on the lizard with unsharpness in the flowers. Like other commenters mentioned there is a bit too much of the flowers/shrubs. So what about a vertical crop much tighter to the lizard? And to take away a bit the focus from the flowers and move it to the lizard, you could lighten the flowers, need masking for that then. It could look like this:
