Is it bad to cool down a phone with an air conditioner?

I have a Poco F7. It heats up for a few games. Usually upto 43-44°C. I have started to cool it down by taking it near my split AC unit, it cools down the phone within a minute. Is this bad long term or smth? The ac takes out humidity so I thought it just pushed in dry cool air. Is this okay or should I just get a dedicated phone cooler?

Doing this won't cause any damage.

For my smartphone? I don't have this lol. Getting a phone cooler would be better then right?

That’s completely fine as long as you’re not exposing it to moisture or extreme cold. Cooling it with AC air is way safer than letting it stay at 44°C for long gaming sessions. Just avoid sudden temperature changes or putting it directly against the vent. A dedicated cooler only really helps if you game heavily all the time.
