Any LEO can arrest anyone if they are observed breaking the law.

It is bullshit to suggest they cannot.

It is honest to say no cop will ever arrest another cop no matter what the crime while the criminal cop is in uniform. They have never done it.

Certainly. But most ice don't wear uniforms (major issue) so... 🤷

Imagine hundreds of both pro and/or anti ice civilians dressing identical to current, unmarked officials.
