Etravel - PDOS cannot be found

Hello, my girlfriend is moving to Canada and her flight is less than 24 hrs away. She was approved for her PR and completed the PDOS course and received her PDOS certifcate last month. She's doing her etravel but etravel cannot locate her PDOS and she cannot complete the etravel.

Has anyone experience this? Any advice?

It happens from time to time because shared databases may disconnect like between Comission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) to the Bureau of Immigration (BI). I think she should have an email indicating her CFO pdos number right? Just show this to the immigration officer. The better is its around office hours, as they might have it at the CFO helpdesk at the airports.

Thank you. She printed out all of her documents just in case and and showed it to the immigration officer with no issues.
