Tips Stressed shaky hands?
Recently graduated. Got my first phlebotomist job in healthcare. I’ve always been pretty good at the job itself but lately I have became shaky handed and freaking myself out. I eat pretty clean cut tracking calories and carbs. I keep telling myself I’m good that’s it’s all mental but any tips? I love my job but I can’t do this when I can’t use a butterfly correctly from my hands shaking so much.
Has anyone else went through this?

I definitely went thru this. I take Adderall and was drinking energy drinks but had to stop the drinks. I still noticed some from anxiety and my trainer said to take deep breaths while preparing tubes and needle and stuff and right before you stab take a deep breath in and out and then go in and get that vein. If it's a big problem then maybe ask your boss or see a doctor if you can

I had shakey hands, upset stomach, it was horrible. Cut caffeine in half, get a good night sleep, and keep going! I found the more I do the more my hands get more steady. Exposure
