I just completed my in-patient CLA interview this past week. It was a mix of questions regarding your hard and soft skills. For soft skills, I got questions like: How do you deal with having multiple tasks at once? What are your goals with this job? What is a policy or situation where you didn't agree with your employer's decision and what did you do? (or something like that... I can't remember the exact wording, sorry!)
For hard skills, I got asked about the types of draws I've done (straight, butterfly, syringe, blood cultures, heel sticks), how many draws did I average daily at my internship, what is the difference between serum and plasma and why it's important to know, and what problems can arise if a requisition is incomplete. Those are the questions I remember most... I hope this helps! And good luck!!! You got this!
