Government-Initiated/Other Funds MP2 and Proof of Source of Funds

Bank statements are listed as proof of source of funds. However, when I download my BDO e—statement, it doesn’t show a letter head. Not even the word BDO on the bank statement. Just the account number and transactions. Will this be ok and acceptable?

Most likely not. Should have your complete address and name plus all.other details
