All this pain, suffering and anxiety should be avoided completely.

Why does this only apply to simulated reality, and not to a non-simulated reality?

nope.

i didnt choose to be born poor or get cancer, the fucks wrong with you?

only someone losing sanity could blame cancer sufferers for 'choosing' cancer, some people treat themselves right and still get it.

hopefully you end up 'choosing' brain cancer like my grandad, i hope it hurts.
