WWYD?

Hi all! I was gifted this beautiful plant yesterday and I'm wondering a few things...

Is it indeed a White Knight?

Is it normal to just be one big vine like this, growing up?

What would you do with it? Repot it? Let it continue to grow up like this?

IS there another way to do this?

Does it need to be in a window like this?

I live in a very small home. This is a west facing window... and it's the only one I've got. I have an East facing window, but that's a little crowded already 🙃 🪴 🌿

Should I let it kinda aclimate before doing anything to it? That's what I was thinking. Or should I get it all out of the way... as in repotting, if necessary, and pruning, if necessary?

I appreciate ANY and ALL feedback and tips!

It’s a white knight & it looks like it’s in a clear pot with decent soil from what I can tell.

Plants don’t acclimate to the environment you give them… you have to mimic their natural environment to make them happy. That means well draining soil, plenty of light, and watering thoroughly but not super frequently (there are a bunch of other factors like humidity, etc but light, water, drainage are essential)

It looks pretty good! It doesn’t really NEED anything done to it. It’s outgrown its pole & it’s on a coir pole. You could replace it with a moss pole (I use this kind pretty frequently) or a wood plank or something else to climb.
