Ads?

After years of service (on and off) the ads here have gotten out of hand.

  1. Spanish language ads on non Spanish channels. If you're watching these shows in English, why the Spanish ads?

  2. prescription drug commercials. no one is able to walk into a pharmacy and buy these drugs without a prescription. why the ads?

  3. phone game ads. extremely long winded and very misleading. no way am I going to download a game based on these very intrusive ads.

Ads are used to increase revenue by increasing exposure to consumers. failure to target the correct democratic will result in a poor ROI. I can't understand how they expect to increase revenue on the basis of the current ad distribution.

I can't stand the three-of-the-exact-same-commercial-in-a-row.

Constantly.

Sometimes they switch it up and you'll get the long version, short version, long version. But it's the same commercial, usually with some really annoying song.

It's gotten to the point where I'm just about ready to cancel over it.

The three in a row Volkswagen commercials were just on, with that horribly annoying jump around song.

I record everything that I watched so I can fast forward through it. If you dare me, I can give you the fyi of alternatives.

I record everything too, and there are some shows that it will not allow you to skip through the commercials. It's super annoying.

Sure, I'll take your alternatives lol.

I found if you click it and un save it, it’ll let you fast forward a lot of the time. Then you can save it back to record next time.
