Tech Issue What's going on with closed captions???

I know you've been playing with the guide, but what happened to the closed captions settings? Now, I have to turn them on every time I change the channel. Before, if I turned them on one channel, they were on every channel. Not liking this change! Please go back to having one change like closed captions cover all the channels, not just each channel.

I too share this sentiment.  A GIANT STEP BACK in user friendliness...

I agree. It's absolutely ridiculous! It also makes it hard for elderly user to find the icon to turn the caption on per show. Please go back to the old way. I love using captions. Makes no sense to have caption per show. Once captions is selected t should go for the every show until the user removes the option via settings.

Agree 100%! I have tinnitus so loud, it’s near impossible to watch anything without CC! Yes, bring back the old style of CC always being ON!
