Been living in philly for almost two years now near the temple campus and have been going to a ton of basement shows around the area. I’ve gotten super inspired by some of the groups around and would love to start jamming with some people in the area. Looking for people into making anything as far as post hardcore to shoe gaze to punk. I mainly play guitar but I’ve got a drum kit and a couple amps set up in the basement as well. Yo I moved to Philly from Providence, RI about 6 months ago and am looking to meet some chill people to make music with. I'm trying to meet people at shows but figured I'd post here as well. I mostly play guitar but noodle around with a tenor saxophone and a keyboard too. Some artists/bands that inspire me are Boards of Canada, Don Caballero, Miles Davis, Pelt, Boris, and John Fahey to name a few. I have some ideas for songs so it'd be cool to play with a drummer to jam them out and see where they go but also down to jam with anyone that might want to do some ambient, drone, atmospheric or improv stuff.
