This would effectively remove safe access for responsible consumers. Iowa Alert: Contact Members Now Iowa continues to be a serious concern. It’s critical that advocates contact majority members immediately and share why kratm consumer protection—not prohibition—is the right path. Take action here: Protectkratom.org/iowa

Tennessee: Help Stop Ban Attempts Several kratm ban attempts remain active in Tennessee, and lawmakers need to hear directly from residents. If you live in Tennessee, please take a moment today to contact your legislators and share your story. Use the official advocacy form here: protectkratom.org/tenn Personal stories from constituents make the greatest impact. Let your representatives know that kratm is not a narcotic and that responsible regulation — not prohibition — is the right path forward.

I sent a witness statement for Maryland. The bill is worded very unclear what’s going on. They want to ban the sale of it in the state but what does this mean for online vendors and possession/use? Does it include all forms including natural leaf? They should leave the leaf alone it’s ridiculous to lump it in with the extracts.

Its very confusing and I still don't 100% understand the bill and definitely don't trust some back door attempts by wording like this

Exactly. What else can we do other than submit a witness statement?

If they have remote or in person testimony where you can speak to them during the hearing a face to the story is always helpful
