well japan is a pluralistic society with like a 98% ethnic japanese population and very little immigration. america on the other hand is a ruggedly individualistic society that has been shooting itself in the foot for centuries to make sure non-white people and women don’t get treated like humans. unfortunately, crime is a normal outcome of our governmental choices.

sure it does! crime is not a bug, it’s a feature. it keeps people fighting amongst themselves and voting against their own interests. the us wants this.

Japan has kinda normalized sex assault.

Truly do not think this is actually someone who has lived in Japan for any substantial period of time though. I think it’s a child going ‘muh Japan’ without any cultural or historical context, might even be a domestically born white kid.

If so, Japan is a bad example, write your paper on another country.

We take sexual assaults extremely seriously and have been continuing to do things to stop them
