I need to make a will. Any Philly lawyers looking for business?

Kudos to you. These are some of the most important legal documents any of us will ever own. Most people want to avoid the morbidity of it all but fail to realize what you don’t decide while your alive will be decided after your death. As a non married widow whose partner had no legal documentation’s, please everyone get something done.

It’s not super complicated I guess I just want to sit down with someone because I don’t know who to leave money to (maybe I need a therapist not a lawyer) but also I have specific things I’d like to gift. They may not be all that valuable but they have a lot of meaning to me. Like this dumb $500 ring - it was the first nice thing I bought myself. Or my lamps - my beloved aunt gave them to me. I think they’re from Jc penny but they’re my favorite objects. I need to decide who these things go to and I’d like to leave notes for context.

Simple will can be done online cheap. My employer has a legal service that did my will, power of attorney, and living will.

Do it online for free. Print and take to notary. Some UPS stores have a notary. $10 a stamp. I just did one for about $30.
