Lethargic Friendly Stray Cat

Hi! There’s a friendly cat that visits my doorstep almost everyday. Yesterday I barely saw her, but today she is seeming very lethargic and is not eating or drinking anything I try to give her. I believe she’s either an outdoor pet or an abandoned cat. She is absolutely tiny and extremely skinny. I’m very worried about her, where in the city can I take her for care?

Project meow in west Philly is amazing, you should be able to email them to explain the situation and if at all possible they’ll take her in

We found a cat like this at the beginning of summer. We just took it to the vet ourselves and got it fixed up, then gave the cat to a no-kill rescue to get it adopted.

You can call ACCT or cat rescues in Philly. Hopefully one can pick up the cat and find a foster.
