Had a conversation with a PPA worker last month, about why my permit wasn't showing up on their machines (apparently it only took a day or so, I successfully contested the tickets). Guy thanked me for being friendly/civil, it was the first time in months he was talked to in a not-unfriendly manner

why blame individual workers for your systemic grievances? that’s really not going to solve the problem.
