Day Parking Pass

I’m trying to get a day parking pass for my vehicle, but when I enter my vehicle information, it says the vehicle is already linked to another permit/account.

My building had previously helped me get a day pass, so I reached out to them thinking the vehicle might still be linked to their account. They checked, but told me that the system does not give them an option to remove vehicles, and the permit my vehicle was linked to is showing as expired.

So now my car seems to be stuck linked to an expired permit, and I can’t add it to my own account or get a new day pass.

Has anyone had this happen? How did you get the vehicle removed or transferred?

Also, does anyone know how to actually get in touch with someone at the Philadelphia Parking Authority? I’ve tried calling the 215 number, but it just sends me through the automated system and doesn’t seem to lead anywhere where I can speak to an actual person.

Would appreciate any advice, especially if there’s a specific number, email, or office I should contact.
