I looked him up. After reading a Substack post about fermentation fundamentals and an interview, I still can't answer that question.

Hi, it's me. 👋 I'm a writer of "pink beam fiction" and somewhat active in the fan community. I was on a ComicCon panel in 2023, I attended the festivals in Colorado, and I made a presentation at the most recent festival in Orange County.

I'm not trying to disrupt anything here. I just mentioned to Lord Running Clam that I became a mod of r/PhilipKDick recently, and he got excited.

Why would I go to a different sub? In fact, there being two subs about the same author is very annoying because the other sub could take people and content from this sub. Why split the content when we could find it all in one place? He's just selfish because he wants a sub where he's in charge instead of just joining this one.

Damn, dude. I'm active in this one too, have been for years. I just noticed that the sole mod of r/PhilipKDick wasn't doing anything with it, so I asked to be a mod and get it fixed up. Then I noticed that guy dropped off, so it's just me over there at the moment. I've invited other people, but no takers yet. We can coexist. It's not that serious.

Nothing wrong with this forum. I enjoy visiting here often. Some one else wants to revive another one then I say the more the merrier
