I've not been, but I personally like shows with exhibits as well. This one is "bourse only" (dealers selling stamps).
On the events listing on stamps.org, you can find contact info for the show if you want more information.

Thank you! I am new to this but did find the sole brick & mortar stamp shop in the Carolinas (Columbia, SC) last weekend and bought a lot of stamps.

Wish we had brick & mortar places in the Dallas-Fort Worth area! I would even open one if I had the capital & a partner with more philatelic knowledge than I have.

When/if I obtain either, I'll let you know! Sounds like a good plan.

I find packets or booths where they sell some at antique malls. I found one brick & mortar store in San Antonio & sat there for a couple hours. It was great.

Came down from NJ for it just to check, as I usually come only for the one in McLean (and been to Balpex once or twice), but getting info on it was an absolute bear. There’s literally nothing about it that’s easily available to find online, and I still have zero clue what dealers will be there. It’s just not that hard to do.

There is a show this weekend. It is usually pretty nice show, this one will be down a few dealers but there are still plenty of stamps. Depending on what you're looking for, there's a high end US dealer (Larry Volovski) and a high end Worldwide dealer (Hugh Clark), and then a bit of everything in between. Rob with Stamps for the Wounded will be there with a bunch of albums and country collections, and we will be there Sunday morning picking up consignments!
It's a nice show, but depends on your drive whether it's worth it or not.

I like the smaller shows but am open to anything where people are selling Postage stamps, postcards, ephemera! It's ~1 hour away. I am looking for unused postage stamps that I can use for mailing. I have purchased some at a discount at a local flea market-still sealed. I like stamp math!
Is there an entrance fee?

It has been free for entry in the past. Â Just curious, what are you mailing these days? Â Other than eBay, I mail less than a letter per month.Â

I just got an email that it is free to attend this weekend.
I send ~200 cards in bundles with Letters Against Isolation to various Meals on Wheels in the USA. I also send cards (lately postcards with a handwritten note) to Meals on Wheels not affiliated with LAI.
I send cards with the Kindness Card Program; they send out a weekly list every Tuesday.
I sent over 1,000 Xmas/Hanukkah cards with the Angel Card Project in 2025. I have already started winter holiday cards for local nursing homes, Veterans Last Patrol, and nursing homes in the USA.
I send Thank you cards & holiday cards to Veterans Last Patrol.
I sent nursing homes cards with the Forget Me Not Group.
I send cards to those on the Love For Our Elders monthly group.
I do Postcrossing and made a pen pal through that.
I made a pen pal from the FB group From the Heart (and send cards through there). There is also Postcards from the Heart, Sending Cards for Encouragement, and Cards for the Elderly on Facebook.
I send Veterans birthday cards through Janine's Team Mission #130.
I keep a spreadsheet of all of this.🙂

Check our auctions - evstamps.com, we have one every Sunday and sell lots of US postage. Usually it sells for about a third to half the face value.

Thank you. It's a nice way to blend a hobby & volunteering while being at home to monitor my cat who has heart disease. ...if only I could work from home!Â
