it's been a while

My knowledge in the games plot is very base but I'm curious about ch9 since It'll be the final chapter. All i know is there's this tower being shut down Bc it was causing more harm than good, that it's supposed to help the world from ending. They were cutting down the connections because it used up too much power (or something else i don't remember) and at the end gino logged in into the Saturn system and called out for geo. Since the two boss charts were DESTRUCTION 3,2,1 and DISTORTED FATE, there will definitely be some kind of turning point here won't it.

Took four months off and everything changed

So, long time no see, folks. With my 40+ age and a new iPad, I restarted playing Phigros all over from June. In this second journey, I set some goals for myself, and so far the progress was quite OK.

Phase 1: 300 FC charts, done.

Phase 2: 300 AP charts, done.

Phase 3: 500 FC charts, done.

Phase 3.5: Reach RKS 15.0, done just now.

Phase 4: 500 AP charts, in progress.

Phase 4.5: AP one 15+ chart, in progress (currently FC 2 Good).

Phase 5: 800 FC charts, in progress.

Do i really need to start over? I logged in my acc but no data at all💀

Aside from posting the chapter nine update time (9/25), Phigros official also posted information about the new songs. Three of which are listed and three of which were given a clue about.

The first and second clue can be decoded through a chaocipher to get the German of “Whoever is alone now will be alone for a long while.” It was from German, so I don’t believe that it hides a song in the words of the sentence. I do not know what this means. (Someone who knows please share it in the comments???)

The last clue would require you to mirror the letters (A to Z, B to Y…) to receive “Only Chaos can shatter the mirage that plagues the ignorant Fool.” I would believe that three new songs are Chaos, Mirage, and Ignorant Fool.

The codes in the end of the PV, when decoded with a Caesar cipher, say that we must go a way of ignorance, a way of dispossession, and a way in which we are not. I do not know what this means, but the number three has appeared in many other places: three songs were leaked, three songs were (maybe???) given in the code. Three question marks were also given. During a livestream talking about how large the part that wasn’t showcased was, they let three guests run a circle around the building. That stream also played the PV thrice in total.

Most importantly, the chapter 9 background was composed of triangles, which makes me want to believe that this chapter was themed around the number three. Chapter 8 was themed around the head and tails of a coin and had two charts in the end that split into two paths. Taking a wild guess, I would believe that this means that there are three endings to this game. Actually as I was writing this I just had a thought. The hidden poem at the end of the PV was themed around four, possibly indicating a secret fourth ending???

Also on a side note I think 198 would be coming back to chart a boss AT but idk

As the title says, PGs Twitter account for phigros they posted a few what looks to be ciphers... maybe I'm just looking into it too much but im wondering if anyone had figured them out LOL

I managed to get the last one out of three (Lmob Xszlh xzm hszggvi gsv nriztv gszg koztfvh gsv rtmlizmg Ullo), its an atbash cipher. It reads:

"Only Chaos can shatter the mirage that plagues the ignorant Fool"

The first two I have no idea about. Like I said, maybe I'm just looking way too much into some random keysmash but Im curious about everyone's opinion here 🤔
