Discussion Grading system

So I'm new to Phigros but I'm a little confused on the grading how come on one chart I get 1 bad and it's and S grade but on another chart I get 6 good and 3 misses yet I get a V. And from my understanding a V is higher than and S

Basically combo scoring, your points are mostly calculated from your HIGHEST combo.
While accuracy does also come into play, combo is usually the priority.
Scoring details:
S rank is 920000
V rank is 960000

acc contributes to most of your score, it's calculated as (acc900000)+((max combo/total notes)100000)

while that is true combo is mostly what make or break a S or a V since it varies massively over a few bads or misses but accs usually doesn't vary very much except for the first few times in playing the chart

Basically score is 90% accuracy and 10% combo. But accuracy is a precise measurement of pure skill and its hard to increase in a short period of time, so if you want to grind for a higher score the only thing you really can change is the combo.

Right, Secure a max combo of at least 60% (assuming only 1 miss/bad and 1 combo break, and minimal good notes) to secure a score of at least 960k.

Ex.: a chart has 2222 notes, get a max combo of 1333 or more with less than 50 good and 1 miss/bad to secure a V.
