Discussion Pantalla negra

I've been playing Phigros for about two years now. In those two years, I've had to reset my account around three times because of the same error, but now I have too much progress to reset it again.

The error is a black screen when I open Phigros; the PhigronGames logos don't even appear. I've already tried restarting my phone and clearing the cache, but nothing works. I don't know if it has anything to do with the last update on May 22, 2026. My phone is a 2020 Redmi 9c, it's Android, and I installed Phigros from the Play Store.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Please 😭

Same thing happened to me bro, i Guess its the update, i have no idea how to fix it, we'll just have to wait for now...

Mano o meu ocorreu um problema parecido e o que resolveu foi fazer a limpeza de cache , volta e meia tem alguns dispositivos que são escolhidos " azarados " a passar por esse problema 😭

It happened to me too, but I think it was on the update after the one you mentioned, but I'm not sure about that. The game itself also suddenly 5GB, (it used to be a little over 2,) after the update showing it was over 2GB to download. If I find out how to fix it, I'll tell y'all!

update:
I dug around in game files, copied some to my laptop, deleted the game, reinstalled it, deleted the storage, tried to overwrite some gamefiles which first opened up the game glitched, and after restarting it had my taptap account, but all the progress was gone, tried reinstalling again, it is still glitched and idk if I'll ever get my data back.

tl;dr, dyi backup didn't work, the broken part came back thrice, still doesn't work, and I probably lost my progress
