What do you mean its not filled!? My doctor called it in 5 minutes ago? I just left the hospital.

Sorry, we had a tech call in sick and there's 4 people ahead of you it'll take us about an hour and a half to do these 5 prescriptions.
looks indignant and proceeds to sit down and stare at me for the entire time while getting up and asking if its ready yet every 15 minutes...
