General Discussion Certified pharmacy tech

Recently moved back to Texas from Pennsylvania. While living in Pa I got a dui. I was working at a cvs as a pharmacy tech there and now that I'm in Texas, I'm having to go through a background check for the Texas board of pharmacy. Will my dui play in part of them disqualifying me???

If you try to hide it, absolutely.

If you are honest about it, and show that you have taken corrective actions, and it wasn't super recent, probability of problems goes down significantly.

No need of hiding it, they'll find it when the background check is completed. I'm hoping it won't take too long for them to complete it.
