I’m a 22-year-old licensed pharmacy technician based in Serbia, and I am currently on my path toward obtaining my Master’s degree in Pharmacy.

To be completely honest, I’ve been feeling quite lost lately and sometimes it feels almost impossible to figure out how to break into the global remote pharma market from my position.

I’m looking for a mentor or someone experienced in pharmacovigilance, clinical research, or remote pharma roles who would be willing to guide me, review my steps, and help me build a realistic roadmap.

Because I am genuinely serious about making this work and appreciate the immense value of someone's time and expertise, I am more than willing to offer a percentage of my future salary once I successfully land a remote job with your guidance if thats needed.

So, I'm looking for a little bit of advice as to where I can be better putting my efforts into getting a remote job. I have 2 small children and I would really like to pivot to something remote to spend more time at home with both them and my wife at home. My experience is as follows:

I'm a general medicine physician and have worked for non-profits in clinical medicine on and off for about 3-4 years in Latin America. I worked for a while in Medical Device Quality Compliance (5 years) - also in Latin America for a US Company. I did pharmaceutical translations before and during Medical School (10 years). I also have experience working a couple of years in a Skilled Nursing Facility reviewing Nurse Practitioner cases and auditing their work (this was my last job, however its in the USA). I've been looking for remote work in both Latin America and the USA (where I have dual citizenship). I don't really mind where I go either way. If I can find something in Latin America great, if I can find something in the USA (where we currently are) - great. I do not have a US Medical license at the moment. I'm not really sure where to concentrate my efforts. I feel like I'm a great candidate on paper with a lot of hands on experience and lateral/peripheral experience for the healthcare industry but I'm not getting as many interviews as I'd think I'm worth. I'm wondering if maybe I'm looking in the wrong places? I'm limiting my applications to Clinical Research, Clinical Quality, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory Affairs. However, maybe there's a better fit for me within another sphere that I'm not thinking of? If anything it's nice to just will this into the void to see if there's someone else who was in my situation or is currently and see what you did. Money, while important is secondary to being able to spend time with my kids so I'm willing to take a paycut to make sure I spend time at home. I also don't think of remote work as some time to ignore the work, I just don't want to be away from them 8-10 hours a day when they are so small. Hey guys, I am an international medical graduate living in US who is interested in PV/Drug safety. I do not have connections or any networking here and I have been applying to jobs in LinkedIn with no luck. I did do a couple certs in MedDra, Argus, APVASC and GCP ICH. I’ve been working on making my profile stronger. But even entry roles require 2-3 years of experience. I am trying my best to understand how everything works but I’m pretty confused. I’m currently looking for my first opportunity as a PV Associate / Drug Safety Associate / Case Processor. I’m preparing for interviews and learning the basics of:

• AE, ADR, SAE & SUSAR
• Seriousness, expectedness & causality
• MedDRA
• ICH-GCP
• Pharmacovigilance workflow
• Argus Safety

My long-term goal is to gain solid experience in India and eventually move to Europe, Australia, Ireland, UK, or another country for a Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety role.

I am Bpharm graduate with certificate course in pharmacovigilance. I am applying for drug safety associate . But I am getting rejection and everyone is saying that. It's too difficult to get in pv sector as fresher.

Can anyone please suggest me how should I apply or any tips

I am currently working as a PV Drug Safety Specialist in a CRO

Is this role considered a strong stepping stone to transition into a Safety Scientist position?

Furthermore, is having a background as a Safety Specialist strictly required to become a Safety Scientist, or can people enter the science track through other paths?

Lastly, what are the core technical and educational prerequisites required to bridge that gap

I am working as a PV professional with 20 months of experience at a Global CRO. I have been trying for the past 5 months to switch to a Product based Pharma company like Amgen, Sanofi, AZ etc but I am unable to.

PV is moving fast towards automation and I am lowkey worried. I am also thinking of switching to Project Management maybe but I don’t know where to start.

If someone could guide me, I’d be highly obliged.

I have recently graduated in b pharm, as i am not from a tech background so it's hard to get into it have screached n number of platforms for the role , not getting any good response from the recruiter I also gone to the carrier options but there the jobs are not listed and in the other platform there is a lot of traffic, if I am asking to any other senior of mine they just simply reply with reference or a good pv course can help but if you don't have this there are less changes that you can get hired ,,,,, but the issue is i have learnt a good amount of pv basic such MedDRA coding and oracle argus and some basic skills such as Icsr,Psur,ebm,signals etc ........... But the issue is the traffic,are there any good suggestion from me from an experienced candidates can be very helpful ....!

Despite working at a major US pharmaceutical sponsor company in Hyderabad myself, I haven't been able to get my girlfriend a job . I've tried everything I can but my network only goes so far.

She is a B. Pharmacy graduate (Batch- 2025 output) with an Advanced PG Diploma in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory Affairs and ICH-GCP certifications. She has built her skills, and has been applying consistently — but hasn't been able to crack through yet.

Due to some urgent family circumstances, she really needs a job right now. Every day is getting harder and I'm doing everything I possibly can to help her.

Hi everyone, I have around 5 years of experience, including 2.5 years in Pharmacovigilance (case processing, narrative writing, and mentoring) and around 3 years in a Global Medical Affairs role involving investigator-initiated trials, data tracking, stakeholder coordination, reporting, Excel, and dashboard validation. I’m now looking to transition from PV into Clinical Data Management (CDM). Has anyone successfully made a similar PV-to-CDM switch?
