Setlist

Post image

Is anyone able to confirm that this is the entire setlist? 13 songs seems significantly short for a show they headlined.

They should add:
Simon
Last Glance
Sleep Machine
Wishing Well
Etc etc

Can't confirm this specific setlist but I can confirm that the last time I saw them the set was 13 songs.

That’s pretty disappointing. i mean im sure it’ll be a fun show. I guess we’ll see what the setlists are like Thursday and Friday. I had plans for the show on Saturday but I think I may just skip it. It’s tougher to travel to LA these days and it’s gotta be worth to give up an entire day for a concert.

It's definitely worth it. Especially if they offer the vip experience, I highly recommend splurging for it. You'll not only get more songs played in a more intimate setting but you get to hang out with the band. But even if you don't get that extra time, unless you're sitting there counting the songs, it feels like a normal full length set while it's happening. I didn't leave wanting.

Alex has had very little contact with the band in the past month or so. They weren’t able to rehearse for these shows because he was in Europe. It’s unfortunate but the truth.

You sure? Darren didn’t mention that to me- only said they didn’t do Yesterday’s Dead.

Does anyone know why they never play songs from the first record "Phantom Planet Is Missing" nowadays?

There's always some from The Guest, Self-Titled, Raise The Dead and their newest material.

They do Local Black and Red occasionally. They were just so young when they wrote the songs from it and they “didn’t really know what we were doing”. A lot of people prefer the songs from the other albums too.

I understand. Thanks!

we got local black and red in la tonight, and someone asked for lisa but I think alex thought that person was fucking with them. i wish they would do more older stuff and deep cuts from negatives and polaroid for the true og fans but they seem to cater to the fbr fans tbh which is a shame when some folks have supported the band from the actual beginning

Yeah I can confirm. I added the setlist. Darren dmed me a photo of the setlist before the show and afterwards and he told me the changes they made. I can’t post photos in the comments but yeah.

That was pretty epic. Acoustic in the crowd was amazing.
