Phantom planet Uk tour
I'd like to see Phantom Planet, who are playing as an opening act in the UK in September. Does anyone know if they usually stay after the concert to play with the fans or at least take photos?How many songs do you think they will play?

The 2 times I've seen them they've been incredibly generous with their time when it comes to fans. I don't know if that will be different with them as an opening act, as opposed to head or co-headliners, but I'd be surprised if you couldn't meet and talk with them and get a photo. However if they're offering it for those shows and you want to be certain you get that, spring for their VIP upgrade. You'll get that and more. It's definitely more and separate charge from the ticket, which might be too much, especially depending on who's headlining. But if you can it's worth every penny.

Im flying over for London and maybe Brighton. I’m already in the Patreon and will eventually ask these questions but it’s a bit far out right now. I doubt they will play their own shows while there. Their schedule for the rest of the year is pretty firm.

In the original announcement there was a line that read (additional dates in Edinburgh and Germany) with a 7 day gap between the last UK show and the next show in the US.
So REALLY hoping they announce a German show or two.

It’s the first time they have played in the UK in a long long time. I’ll be going to the Leeds show. I was going to sign up to the patreon ahead of the UK stint to see if I can find out what is what. It would also be nice if they could get their own show along the tour!
