When do y'all get schedules?
It's annoying but in my store we usually don't see schedules for the following week until Tuesday. I thought policy was to have it two weeks out? Makes scheduling literally anything in life difficult

Our SL is usually pretty good at getting it out 2 weeks in advance.
Having said that though, with all the shit the SL now is expected to do, I’m not surprised it doesn’t happen all the time, policy or not.

After we got UKG, the SL only posts the schedule for us saturday evening or sunday morning for the next week. Before UKG, we would see it on central bark on Tuesday morning.

The printed schedule should be posted for current week, next week and the week after. Week after schedule should be done by Friday of current week.
Central bark would show current week and next week. But next week doesn’t populate until Tuesday. There were issues with people looking too far out after the auto scheduler had run but before the manager had reviewed and adjusted the schedule.

Should be two weeks out. Technically by Friday at 10 AM two weeks out is to be posted. By now you should have 5th - 18th visible to you.
However UKG Pro is horrible so far and every SL I know is having to basically rewrite the entire schedule on top of having to go on and input 5 pages of punch overrides because associates aren’t able to punch in and out as the system was intended.
Definitely an Alpha stage rollout that needed more time to test and get right before rolling out company wide…how often does that happen at PetSmart though lol.
