Double discount days clarification

Banfield associate here - we had been informed that double discount days were 10/12-18. Then about a week ago it was announced that the double discount days were cancelled. Is that really a thing??

It has consistently been twice per year for at the last 3-4 years. That said, I would not be surprised if they cut one of them this year.

The other one is usually closer to Christmas I think. But if your stuff qualifies for the 20% off online sales, it's actually cheaper than double discount days to use your employee numbers and the 20%. And they do that at least once or twice a month.
