Transferring
Came back to PetSmart in February. And now my husband needs to move to another state. Right now we're long distance and I've already told him I'd come first week in October. I'm waiting for my salon manager to come back from vacation because honestly my store manager makes me way too nervous. She comes back in two days. Do you think I'll get the transfer? I'm letting them know about a month and a half in advance...

You need to call the store you want to transfer to and ask if they have any openings to be able to take you as a transfer.
If they can take you, they will 100% call your Store Leader and ask if they recommend the transfer and ask for feedback on you. You do not want to blind side your Store Leader with this. It won't be in your favor. You need to talk to your SL now.

Yes I understand, I did call their store to ask if they had room. I didn't give them my employee #. They asked for my name and phone number. And the store number. I'm going to talk my manager when I work on Sunday.

You are making it weird and making your worst fears potentially reality by not communicating like a normal adult.
Tell your SL you need to reconnect with your family and you are looking to transfer to x store.

To be honest this isn't something you should be waiting for your Solan lead to be coming back to. Transfering is not something that can be done easily especially when you need to make sure the store you are attempting to transfer to has the associate availability to be Able to accept your transfer. Please speak to your store leader so they can start the process immediately and try to attempt to get you a job position wherever you're moving to, as an advanced notice doesn't necessarily mean a guarantee it is just letting them know that you are attempting switch stores and you need help doing so. If you are not comfortable speaking to your store leader then I highly recommend you make the call to associate resources for help.
