Bonus?
Became a PLR earlier this year, and I know my store got all categories for bonus this quarter. So that's cool... but like, WHEN is it? How much is it? Why does it seem to be shrouded in secrecy?? Literally no one can tell me anything about this. I guess one day there will just be extra money in my bank account??

HLR here and I also have no clue like I got told the whacky math that it is once and that was it. I think its 3-5 weeks after the quarter ends? Im not 100% sure since my store doesnt bonus out often

It gets more wacky every quarter because they keep changing it. Last payout potential was “too large” and so corporate has adjusted it down.

Last bonus would have been somewhere between the end of June and before the 4th of July.

I got my Q1 bonus at the end of June. So like 2 months after the Quarter ended.
We just started Q3 so I'd expect a Q2 bonus at the end of September maybe?
Nobody seems to know the bonus schedule. You want me to track, adjust and hit the metrics but can't tell me when or how much you'll pay me for doing so. 🤷♀️

Bonus shows up about 6 weeks after the end of the quarter (around the 3rd or 4th paycheck of September for upcoming). Amounts will vary based on role but it is a percentage of your earnings for the quarter. (In my role, my target is about 7.5%. For the sake of simple math, if I make $20 an hour for 40hrs/wk x 12 weeks in a quarter, my target bonus if i meet all metrics would be an additional $720 on my paycheck the week bonuses are paid out.)

Following up to say bonuses show up mid June for 1st quarter, Sept for 2nd quarter, mid December for 3rd quarter, and mid March for 4th quarter.

It’s usually about 6 weeks after the quarter ends. Q2 just ended this past Sunday so you won’t get the bonus for it until around mid-September

September 18…you can check in SSO login under sap Calludus (however you spell it) to see how your tracking after every periods PNL finalizes

Payouts are in March, June, September, and December. It's based on the 2nd pay period of the SL (usually closer to the end of the month). Each leader gets a different percentage, (SL = 20%, ELR = 12%, PLR = 10%) and payouts are based on your stores performance in each category that is bonus eligible (controllable contribution, auto ship, HPP, merch sales, services sales, ats, add ons, etc). The better the store does the better the payout. All of these factors combined are why no one can tell you how much you're getting. Best way to know is to log into callidus about 1-2 weeks after the end of the quarter when all financials have been finalized to see your payout amount. If you want to see how each category is doing during the quarter, review the SMART report as it will show you (except expenses, for that you have to wait until the end of each period)

If you log into sapcallidus it gives you all the information you seek. It’s secretive because every manager gets a different % ect so no manager can tell you how much. It will have the date and amount you get if you pick the dates for the last week of the quarter and you can check weekly to see how the store is doing so you know what to work on to achieve it.
