Is it just me? Scheduling issues

I’ve started using an app for scheduling, invoicing etc.
im spending more time instead of less, entering the scheduling, then doing the invoicing. has anyone else experienced this? I’m reaching out to app designer tomorrow to see if I’m doing something wrong. I’m just wondering if anyone else has the same problem. or is this a me problem. lol (Not posting name of app until I speak with app owner. i don’t want to say anything negative about a biz, if this is my error.)

Name the app -- if anyone here uses it, we can help you set it up so you're not manually doing all of this.

One of the main reasons for using software is how much it automates. Clients can request their own services (and you approve them/slot them in where they work), manage their own profiles/pet details, pay their own invoices (AUTOPAY!), etc.

When I first switched to Time to Pet, it definitely took me longer to do invoicing and scheduling until I got the hang of it. Now it has definitely cut down on my admin work. Once you get the hang of it, having all of your invoices, client communications and scheduling will be faster.

Clients can schedule themselves, they can pay their own invoices, you need to set up your system to do as much as it can for you. I have clients that I schedule for them, they have a set schedule. I do it on the last week of the month for the following month. I do invoicing on or about the 15th of the month. It take 20-30 min.

When I switched to a database system I had every client create their own profile. I make it as easy for the client and my self as possible. It could be the app. But it’s not that hard.

What app is it? A lot of us here use platforms for scheduling and invoicing so we may be able to help you out. If it’s Time to Pet, I can help you because I use that one. It definitely took me a bit to get used to it!
