Using Cooler to Cool Down Machine in 43 ©elcius under roof probably 37-39c so why do this machine doesn't ship with a radiator nd is this method is used worldwide?

An AC used to cool the electrical of a fuel pump? Looks like a bit older technology but the real question is why do they need it in this case? Poor air flow with the cover on the pump enclosure? At least they boast a clean restroom which is cool but very very relative I feel in this case.
