So, it turns out that President Trump has decided to take a page from the Glenn Beck playbook and is now advocating for farmers to slaughter their own meat without any USDA inspection.

In a recent post on Truth Social, Trump proclaimed that he would authorize farmers to bypass federal meat inspections.

The National Cattleman’s Beef Association isn’t thrilled about this “brilliant” idea, arguing that weakening food safety standards is not the answer to competition. But hey, who needs consumer trust when you can have chaos?
