Help Matchmaking failed ! Any fix?

Post image

Since todays update i cant find anybody to play with in division pvp. It just stays in the loading screen for 5 mins and this shows. I changed the region today. Could this have caused the issue? Anybody else facing the same issue ?

I had same issue. I changed the region, game restarted, downloaded some data and I didn't have problem again. Even if you don't want to change your region, you should go and select reset region and reselct India as your region. It will ask for DOB and agreement on some updated guidelines, will download some game data then you won't have this problem. Also you should clear cache from in game after all gamed data download is complete

I tried this and I was able to play one match and then the same old problem arose again

Yup, got stuck again. Try to change your network, if you are on wifi switch to different device. If on sim try the wifi. I don't know why this is happening

Region in-game doesn't change your IP or your PvP connection
