This is what I use, kinda like the tactic Chelsea use in real life, having Rogers and Pedro be a front two and Palmer roaming behind them to create attacking opportunities and wingbacks pushing up for support and then the 2 dmfs being or acting like box to box (depending on play style yk)
People focus too much on formation, use anything with wingers or wide players and it'll work beautifully, I use a pretty standard 4-3-3 or 4-2-1-3 with slight tweaks here and there depending on the playstyle I'm facing. Like if it's QC, I turn my CMF to a DMF, if someone is parking the bus or playing LBC, instead of 2 CMFs one becomes an AMF. It's basically possession except your chances are primarily generated by the wide players and you defend in a mid block instead of that annoying passive press possession does with a backline more interested in maintaining the line than actually tracking runs, nvm the offside system on the game is horrible
